About Aaron Trubic
Three companies. Two exits. Twenty years building.
The operating record
Three companies founded in advisory and digital strategy, two successful exits, and two decades of senior executive operating roles across consumer, luxury and lifestyle sectors, working with private equity firms, venture capital funds, institutional research groups and global brands. The clients changed repeatedly. The underlying work did not.
The technical grounding
Programming from ten, university at twelve, and an early-2000s period identifying an exploitable structural feature in a major search algorithm and building a business on it before the system was redesigned. The lesson carried forward is that digital infrastructure can be understood at the level of mechanism rather than interface, which changes what counts as evidence.
What is being built now
Red Label, a strategic intelligence practice, and Vektora, an analytical methodology platform that came out of patterns recurring across decades of operating work. The argument behind both is set out in The Shape of Outcomes.
